What do I bring to my visit?
We will help you through your first visit to Tracy Cannabis Collective. Please bring your valid government issued ID if you are over the age of 21.
If you are under the age of 21, but over the age of 18 you may visit our store by having your valid California ID as well as your valid doctor’s recommendation.
What should I expect on my first visit?
Upon entry you will be greeted by security then you may enter and sign up or sign in with a front desk reception attendant.
Upon inspection of your identification and entry into the dispensary’s POS system you will be allowed to enter the actual dispensary shop where an educated Cannabis Consultant is there to help answer your questions and help find what you are looking for.
What are your payment options?
We accept cash and debit .
We also have an ATM on site.
Do you have online ordering?
We do! You can place an Express Order by going to our Home Page of the website and clicking on the “SHOP” or “ORDER HERE” button to place your order.
Express Orders can be placed until one hour before closing. Orders may take about 1 hour to process. All Express Orders must be picked up the same day that the order is placed and by the person ordering, unless you have been approved as a caregiver.
There are no consults for Express Orders. It is simple, place your order and pick it up!
If you would like a consult, please come into the store and speak with one of our educated Cannabis Counselors or sign up for one of our Private Phone Consultations. When coming in to pick up your order, you will still need to bring your photo ID and/or sign up as a member to finalize your order.
Do you offer delivery?
Currently we are not able to offer delivery.
Are children allowed in the dispensary?
Sorry, but children or anyone under the age of 21, unless a qualified patient, are you not allowed in the dispensary at any time.
How much cannabis can I buy in a visit?
Under California Cannabis Regulations we are only able to sell to a recreational or medical patient the limits set forth by the state of California. These limits are as follows:
§15409. Daily Limits.
(a) A licensed retailer shall not sell more than the following amounts to a single adult-use cannabis customer in a single day:
28.5 grams of non-concentrated cannabis.
8 grams of cannabis concentrate including cannabis concentrate contained in cannabis products.
6 immature cannabis plants.

What discounts do you offer?
We currently offer:
VETERANS – 10%
SENIORS age 65+ – 5%
ADA – 5%
Can you medicate on premises?
No, you are not able to medicate on premises. You are only able to purchase your cannabis products and can only medicate in a private place.
“No Cannabis Business Permittee shall allow any person to smoke, ingest, or otherwise consume cannabis or cannabis products in any form on, or within 20 feet of the premises.” TMC ORDINANCE 6.36.270
What are the taxes?
SALES TAX IN SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY = 9%
EXCISE TAX = 15%
Where do those taxes go?

YOUTH ANTI DRUG PROGRAMS = 60%
THE ENVIRONMENT = 20%
PUBLIC SAFETY GRANTS = 20%
